About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, adhd, behavioral issues and trauma. My goal is to help clients achieve change, growth and healing in order to live a more meaningful life. I incorporate evidence based treatment using various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
