About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist, with experience supporting clients through trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions. My path has taken me from Taiwan to Los Angeles, California, where I first worked in community mental health with individuals facing serious emotional difficulties. After moving to Michigan, I continued my work in a hospital outpatient setting before transitioning into private practice. These experiences gave me the privilege of walking alongside people from diverse backgrounds and strengthen my respect for the resilience of the human spirit. In my current practice, I work with a wide range of clients - from high-functioning individuals who feel anxious, stuck, or burdened by self-doubt, to those healing from painful or traumatic experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every life has value and the capacity for healing. If you are navigating distress, seeking clarity, or ready to process past experiences, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
