About Me

Providing therapy is my passion! I've been practicing for 14 years in various positions, settings and demographics. Some of my work has included private practice, children with pervasive mental health, children & family unification/reunification, couples in crisis, and developing and operating a drug & alcohol detox, residential and outpatient facility. My approach to therapy is a combination of direct, non-bias, evidenced-based practice mixed with a caring, strengths-based, client empowered perspective.
