About Me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist providing therapy for adults, adolescents, families, children, parents, and couples since 2013. Over the past ten years, I have provided therapy to clients struggling with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings from community clinics, mental health agencies, group practices to private practice. I utilize evidenced-based methods of treatment for therapy using EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Child-Parent-Psychotherapy (CPP). I support clients to get to know themselves at a deeper level and help them to resolve inner conflict and struggles to heal. I utilize individualized tools and relaxation techniques tailored to clients to use outside of therapy sessions to empower themselves. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. EMDR is a natural way of allowing people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress from trauma or disturbing life experiences. I utilize EMDR therapy with individuals who have experienced or currently experiencing trauma, high stress, depression, anxiety, and various other stressors in their lives. I find it a privilege to work together with my clients to help them overcome their challenges and live fulfilling lives.
