About Me

When anxiety is held in the body, therapy needs to be more than talking. You may look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, stuck, or constantly on edge, despite all the books and advice you’ve tried. You may know what to do, but still struggle to move forward. For 19 years, I’ve helped individuals work through anxiety and trauma by addressing deeper patterns held in the body and nervous system. Using EMDR with a compassionate, parts-informed lens, we’ll help you move toward more clarity, courage, and confidence in your work and relationships. I use EMDR to target the specific symptoms that are keeping you from the life that you want to live. Instead of trying to out-think your thinking, I have seen the power in compassionately addressing the way your body and nervous system have held stress and trauma, so that you can experience lasting change.
