About Me

I am an LCSW and qualified supervisor working in private practice in Pensacola, Florida. I'm a Certified EMDR therapist, EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and EMDR Basic Training Facilitator providing trauma-informed care to children, families, and adults. As a Registered Play Therapist™, I enjoy integrating PT and EMDR while supporting children and families navigating anxiety disorders, trauma, and PTSD. Being trained in early trauma intervention protocols, I offer EMDR to individuals and groups. My clinical path includes pro bono care for survivors of human trafficking, EMDR-based grief crisis, parent workshops, intensives, and women’s retreats. In Northwest Florida, I started and facilitate a free monthly EMDR Group to support clinicians in enhancing their EMDR skills and fostering collaborative growth. I am passionate about encouraging clinicians throughout their EMDR journey Before private practice, I worked as a school counselor as well as working in child advocacy centers providing services to victims of child sexual abuse. In addition to clinical work, I have authored two children’s books which assist parents in educating and empowering their children against child sexual abuse.
