About Me

I am an LCSW and Qualified Supervisor working in private practice in Pensacola, Florida. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDRIA‑Approved Consultant, EMDR Basic Training Facilitator, and Certified Brainspotting Therapist providing trauma‑informed care to children, families, and adults. As a Registered Play Therapist™, I enjoy integrating Play Therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting while supporting children and families navigating anxiety disorders, trauma, and PTSD. Being trained in early trauma‑intervention protocols, I offer EMDR to individuals and groups.

My clinical path also includes pro bono care for survivors of human trafficking, EMDR‑based grief crisis work, parent workshops, intensives, and women’s retreats. In Northwest Florida, I started and facilitate a free monthly EMDR Group to support clinicians in enhancing their EMDR skills and fostering collaborative growth. I am passionate about encouraging clinicians throughout their EMDR journey. Before private practice, I worked as a school counselor and in child advocacy centers providing services to victims of child sexual abuse. In addition to clinical work, I have authored two children’s books designed to help parents educate and empower their children against child sexual abuse.
