There is light at the end of the tunnel. Often it is hard to see. Sometimes the issues we are dealing with can feel like they are crushing us. The cycle of depression and anxiety might feel never ending. It can get better. These issues could stem from traumatic life events. Perhaps we are just overwhelmed juggling work, life and family, and have lost sight of ourselves. Sometimes couples and families struggle to work things out. We all need a little help and guidance at times. I use an integrative approach to assist clients in navigating difficult periods in their lives. I work with adults, families, and adolescents. I am trained in EMDR to assist processing trauma and PTSD symptoms. I am also trained in the EMDR chronic pain protocol. I offer ERP therapy for OCD. I also provide couples counseling. I offer a reduced fee to teachers and veterans. NOTE: ONLY Telehealth appointments are available at this. In addition to providing individual and family therapy services, I specialize in OCD, PTSD, trauma & chronic pain issues. When working with couples, I implement Emotionally Focused Therapy. My education includes a Master of Science degree in Counseling, a Master of Secondary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.
