About Me
I really believe that when we feel safe, seen, and heard, healing becomes possible. That’s the heart of any healthy relationship, and it’s what I hope to offer in the space we create together during our sessions. With a trauma-informed approach, I understand that all kinds of things can come up, be they attachment or inner-child wounds, grief, anxiety, depression, tough self-talk, or coping habits that just don’t work anymore. My goal is to help you understand what you’ve been carrying this whole time, and support you in building a new way of living that feels more connected and true to who you are.
