About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and proud graduate of Washburn University, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2013, supporting children, teens, and adults through a wide range of challenges.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and collaborative. As a Nigerian, a parent, and someone who has navigated anxiety personally, I bring both clinical expertise and lived empathy into the therapy space. I strive to create a safe, respectful environment where you feel heard and understood.

I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, tailoring treatment to your unique needs. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and thoughtful, while also gently direct when needed.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and exploring different cuisines—experiences that deepen my appreciation for culture, connection, and growth.
