About Me

Soul Work is really the best name for what I do here at Sacred Ground Institute. I'm passionate about truly connecting with your heart and mind from a wholistic and strength-based approach. I strive to incorporate experiential and mindfulness approaches to wellness and healing and I specialize in offering a spectrum of support to clients with diverse needs. My experience includes adolescents through adults, dealing with life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and loss. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming, welcoming a culturally, economically, racially, and ethnically diverse clientele. I would be honored to walk along this journey of self exploration, growth and healing with you.
