About Me

I am a former high school teacher and the spouse of a Marine and Army veteran and retired police officer. I enjoy nature and helping those who serve our country and community. I have 10 years experience in the nonprofit space working with military and first responders.

Education & Experience

I hold a Masters in Education from Texas Wesleyan University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University. My experience and specialty is in working with trauma from a resilience and empowerment perspective.
