About Me
Successful at helping my clients reach their goals, I'm known among my colleagues and clients for my clinical excellence. I've specialized in EMDR for over 12 years. As a certified EMDR clinician I consistently keep up with trainings in research-based, effective protocols. Through a collaborative approach, I help my clients discover the tools they need to create a greater sense of well-being and satisfying relationships. While focusing on their unique qualities and experiences, I guide clients in learning how to trust themselves and in their own ability to heal while they recover from PTSD, attachment traumas, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and / or addictions so that they achieve harmony and balance in their lives.
