About Me
I specialize in helping overwhelmed parents, struggling kids, and empowering women. I want to share a little bit about me, because choosing a counselor is such an important process. Aside from what I studied, I truly want you to feel comfortable with me. Counseling is a beautiful process. I truly believe that. My goal is to work with you. To hear you. To walk with you in life as you overcome challenges and move forward. I have been a therapist for nearly 12 years. I am trained in TF-CBT and have worked with families work through traumatic experiences; death, divorce, abuse, and addiction. I am also trained in PCIT
