About Me

My main goal in treatment is to create a safe space where healing can happen. I work with those dealing with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. I specialize in working with individuals who have trauma histories and am both an EMDR Certified Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I believe that when we are able to heal from the past and deal with present struggles, it opens a world of opportunities for the future.
