Timothy To established Post Crisis Counseling Network (PCCN) since 2008 and it's mission is to provide mental health & psychosocial supports for the survivors in different disastrous areas. As March 2017 PCCN totally sent 157 teams over 2000 volunteers to 19 disastrous areas such as Japan Iwate/Fukushima/Kumamoto, China Sichuan/Yunnan/Qinghai/Guangzu, Taiwan Silam/Kaohsiung/Tainan, Nepal, Philippines Tacloban, Thailand and Cambodia as well. Beneficiary over 10millions and PCCN is the member of the United Nations Humanitarian Response and ad-hoc member of IASC.
