About Me
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist offering online therapy to youth (15+) and adults across Ontario. I support people walking through deep grief, sudden loss, spiritual harm and work related trauma. The kinds of experiences that don’t always fit into neat words but leave their mark on your life.
I do this work because I know how disorienting it can feel to carry something heavy and wonder if anyone truly sees it. Whether you’re navigating grief, trying to make sense of spiritual or religious harm or feeling overwhelmed after supporting others in crisis, therapy is a space where your experience is taken seriously.
Education & Experience
Before entering private practice, I spent over a decade working in spiritual care, crisis response, community-based mental health and addictions services. I’ve sat with people in shelters, residential treatment settings, justice and corrections and front-line support roles. Spaces where grief, trauma and burnout intersect in real and human ways. I’ve supported organizations and teams through program development, workshops and giving talks on grief, spiritual care and mental health.
My years on the front on the front lines taught me something essential: healing isn’t about “fixing what’s broken.” It’s about being met with care, curiosity and respect. And having the freedom to be fully yourself, even if you don’t know what that looks like, yet. These days, I have the provide privilege to now work in hospice care and in this private practice with clients like you.
I hold a Masters of Art in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy (2014), and EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Training, as well as specialized training in Narrative Therapy, DBT, IFS/Parts Work, along with many others.
I’ve supported people with grief, trauma, PTSD, identity questions, spiritual harm and the weight of life in a range of settings.
