About Me
I believe that healing starts in our own nervous systems! As unique individuals we often know best what our bodies need. Working together at a pace that is comfortable for you is paramount.
I don’t rely on just traditional talk therapy and have an understanding of how our nervous systems and brains hold onto stress and trauma. I love bringing Sandtray therapy into our sessions. this allows you to visually map out what is going on inside your head and body.
When I am not in office, I am connecting with my family, sewing my next clothing project, hiking or playing with my pets!
Sessions are held in-person and virtually. Virtual sessions will be less tactile to utilize online platforms. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) operating under active clinical supervision in Ontario. I see Youth (13+) and adults.
