About Me

Licensed in Utah and CA as an LMFT, I am eager to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and effective treatment for individuals as they work through their anxiety, depression, and traumatic events and the effect it has on their relationships, work, and self-esteem. I gently assist clients to move through their traumatic experiences to release their suffering and pain, and regain a sense of confidence, ease, and purpose in their lives. I am an Approved Consultant and Certified Therapist in EMDR, specializing in working with complex trauma. I have extensive experience working in addiction treatment, and working with PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
