The common thread that all of my work has shown me is that we are all precious and fragile. We are all wonderful and successful, yet hurting at the same time. Life is so complex, and yet we all find an amazing way to keep on moving ahead. Every day I get the honor of going through life aside my clients, seeing their most fragile and vulnerable sides, while also celebrating their most empowered moments. I am so honored and grateful for the ability to create a safe space for you to express yourself and to heal. The most awe-inspiring part of my career is that EMDR has allowed me to take traditional therapy to a whole new level! Not only can we work through the conscious side of your concerns, but we can now work through the rest with brain-based therapy that helps to unlock those stuck patterns that keep coming up. As a trained EMDR clinician, I offer EMDR intensive options for those who want to get more momentum in their treatment. I have extensive experience working with military, first responders, and their families, including USMC and Army Special Forces. Working with trauma is my specialty and passion.
