About Me

I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant with a specialty in complex/developmental trauma, substance abuse, artists/musicians/creatives, spiritual folks, military vets & first responders, and nature-based EMDR. I am the author of the only published article (so far) discussing the direct integration of EMDR and fly-fishing. Along with virtual and in-office visits, I hold nature-based therapy sessions, specializing in Therapeutic Fly-fishing with EMDR (TF-EMDR)®, in Vermont and anywhere else that I am licensed (ME, NY, MA, IA, CO). Additionally, I am an EMDRIA Credit provider and can offer continuing education for any EMDR therapists who wish to learn Therapeutic Fly-fishing with EMDR (TF-EMDR)®.
