Education & Experience
I received my MS in Mental Health Counseling in 2019 and BA in Psychology in 2017 from The University of Central Arkansas. In graduate school I began to gain experience in the field. I spent over a year in an inpatient facility, between acute and residential units. I worked with children ages 5-17 and their families and facilitated individual, group, and family therapy. At this time, I enjoy helping adult women recover from trauma, codependency, and challenging family dynamics. I am also an affirmative therapist who works with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice is inclusive and authentic. I continue to learn about and integrate EMDR, ego state work, somatic work, and psychodynamic interventions in my therapy.
