Education & Experience
I received my MS in Mental Health Counseling in 2019 and BA in Psychology in 2017 from The University of Central Arkansas. In graduate school I began to gain experience in the field. I spent over a year in an inpatient facility, between acute and residential units. I worked with children ages 5-17 and their families and facilitated individual, group, and family therapy. I specialize in working with those who may be navigating life transitions, recovering from trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I also enjoy working with women's issues, helping clients navigate complex family dynamics, work/life balance, working through grief and identity exploration. In my practice, I generally blend EMDR with various somatic and ego state/parts interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
