Gandhi said "The future depends on what we DO Today." So if yesterday's experiences, trauma, beliefs or behaviors have led you to a place that you Don't want to be; Let's change it. Our pain (whether in the form of anxiety/ fear, anger, shame, resentment, depression or feeling as if you have no value) has a way of repeatedly holding us back from our best life.
We utilize the S.A.F.E. (Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR) and would be honored to explore a New way forward.
