About Me
I am a licensed therapist in both California and Washington states with nearly 20 years experience helping others improve their wellbeing. While I help people facing a variety of challenges, my therapeutic focus is on anxiety and trauma. I’m interested in treating the whole person and believe mental wellness is best achieved when the mind and body are working in harmony. To support my ability to meet the holistic needs of my clients, I often incorporate EMDR and other somatic and mindfulness approaches with traditional talk therapy. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process and work closely with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
