Preferred Name: Valerie

About Me

I provide online psychotherapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in EMDR, attachment-based psychotherapy, somatic approaches, and relational work. I especially enjoy supporting clients who feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns and are looking for deeper healing, insight, and connection.
I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and often support professionals in caregiving, legal, medical, and creative fields. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, emotionally safe, and supported in reconnecting with themselves and others.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have extensive training in trauma-focused and somatic psychotherapy approaches. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and integrate Attachment Focused EMDR with attachment-based, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and body-oriented approaches, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Hakomi work.

My clinical work focuses on trauma, anxiety, attachment and relationship patterns, couples therapy, grief, and emotional overwhelm.

I provide online psychotherapy to adults and couples and have experience working with clients from a wide range of cultural, relational, and professional backgrounds.
