About Me
I am a therapist living in Upstate New York. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2013, working at a trauma institute in Philadelphia, PA. I have had experience working with children, adolescents, adults and family systems. I have worked in residential treatment centers leading a trauma informed approach. I later got into outpatient care working for a victim assistant program in Hudson, NY. We work alongside our Child Advocacy Center. I have started a part time private practice where I see clients remotely. My expertise has revolved around the resolution and healing of trauma. I am certified in EMDR and TF-CBT. I have been trained in CBT, DBT, MI, Mindfulness, IFS, and SE.
