About Me
I am a psychologist and former high school English teacher. I have a love for reading and learning, and am rejuvenated by time spent with my family.
Education & Experience
I am a doctoral student with a Master of Counselling. Most of my experience is with perinatal clients, working with birth trauma, childhood attachment trauma, transition to parenting, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I also work with other adults and adolescents experiencing trauma and anxiety concerns.
