About Me

If you feel blocked in traditional therapy, suffered a trauma such as an accident, physical or sexual abuse, child abuse, the death of a loved one, a pattern of unsuccessful relationships, if you suffer from anxiety, depression, brooding or worry, addiction, or a phobia then I believe that we can find you the power to heal through the use of EMDR and other therapeutic practices. I help my clients to problem solve and discover their own power in the healing process. My therapeutic approach is greatly influenced by Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma recovery and psychoeducation. Each individual has unique needs and strengths and I integrate those abilities and uniqueness into the therapeutic process and treatment plan. I believe that many of us have the necessary tools to live full and healthy lives and it is my mission to assist my clients in finding their own strength in this journey.
