I work with smart, hardworking people who are tired of the noise in their heads -- or who find their past keeps getting in the way of their present. I also love supporting couples in going deeper in their relationship, working through the day-to-day struggle to find stronger, more meaningful connection.

I always interweave parts work with EMDR. I am trained in Level 1 IFS through the IFS Institute. I specialize in rural populations but serve clients of all geographic backgrounds.
