About Me
Many people carry the effects of trauma long after the painful experiences have ended. You may find yourself constantly anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from others, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or simply exhausted from always being in survival mode. Trauma can impact every part of life — relationships, self-esteem, parenting, work, trust, and the ability to feel fully present or safe.
I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, chronic stress, and mood-related concerns. I work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, relationship wounds, grief, life transitions, emotional abuse, high-stress environments, and other overwhelming life experiences. Together, we focus on helping you better understand your emotions, calm your nervous system, build healthier coping patterns, and reconnect with the version of yourself that may feel lost beneath the weight of past experiences.
My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I believe healing happens within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered at your own pace. Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it is about helping you process what you have been through while building the tools and confidence needed to move forward with greater peace, clarity, and resilience.
In addition to working with the general population, I also have extensive experience supporting veterans, first responders, and individuals in demanding professional roles. My background includes inpatient mental health work, trauma-focused care, and serving as a victim advocate supporting survivors of sexual assault.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
