About Me
I am a Clinical Social Worker providing mental health services since 2006. I am Bilingual (Spanish and English) and Bicultural. My work focuses on treatment of trauma and provide a compassionate approach to meet the needs of my patients. I self identified as an spiritual person and self identify as a Christian. I believe that faith can be a source of strength and hope and welcome individuals' desire to integrate their faith as part of their treatment.
Education & Experience
I hold a Masters and Social Work from CSUEB, have extensive training in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. I hold certifications in EMDR, CPT, and DBT and currently I am in the process of obtaining a certification on Prolonged Exposure. I also utilize Mindfulness and Self-Compassion as treatment modalities.
