About Me

You aren’t broken—your nervous system is just doing its job. High-functioning adults often feel they're losing control when anxiety, panic, or trauma hits after a major life change. You might worry these symptoms mean something is fundamentally wrong, but in reality, your body is responding to experiences that were simply "not okay." I specialize in helping you regain safety and clarity after relational harm or traumatic events. If you feel "stuck" despite your best efforts to hold it all together, I provide a calm space to move from a state of survival back into a life that feels like yours again.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and evidence-based. We prioritize safety and self-trust, moving at a pace that respects your capacity rather than rushing into the past. I utilize EMDR and IFS to process trauma, and specialized strategies for managing anxiety and panic attacks. Together, we build practical tools to help you feel grounded.
Let’s build a path toward feeling like yourself again. Healing doesn't have to be a solo journey. I offer a supportive space where you can finally stop "powering through" your day. If you’re ready to move from survival mode back into a life of ease, I invite you to reach out.
