About Me

Curious, Creative, and Affirmative are adjectives I would use to describe myself, reflecting my experience as an ESL teacher and as a marriage, couples, and family therapist, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life stages. Life is full of changes and transitions that sometimes catch us off guard and create psychological, emotional, and at times physical challenges for us. My hope is that you will have someone walking beside you in those moments so it won’t feel so hard. I hope to offer you an opportunity to Reimagine Therapy with me on your healing journey.

Education & Experience

A systemic thinker working with a multicultural and attachment lens, with knowledge and experience working with children/adolescent/young adults in both clinical and academic settings. I received my Master's Degree from Lewis & Clark College as a Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist and interned at Peace Health Family Medicine Southwest in Vancouver, Washington. After that, I worked at SeaMar Community Northwest, working with marginalized populations with diverse presentations. Currently, I am working with families, children/adolescent, adults with various presentations, particularly around CPTSD, ADHD, Motherhood, and Grief, at Peace Health Family Medicine of SW Washington as an LMFT. My private practice, ReImagine Therapy, LLC, is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
