I believe that the counseling relationship is critical to the healing process, so I strive to create a warm, genuine, understanding, and safe environment, while using evidence-based treatments. Always passionate about helping people; I returned to school after raising a family. In addition to my education, my life experience provides me with compassion, awareness, and insight into life's difficulties.
