About Me
I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University and have experience working with adults. I have worked with clients with a variety of mental health diagnoses including but not limited to; depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and adjustment. I believe in a holistic approach. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP), trained in trauma-focused approaches, such as TF-CBT, EMDR, EFT, meditation, breathwork, and yoga-based somatic movement. Currently, furthering my education in expressive arts in order to become a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist.
