About Me

I am a social worker, CBT Therapist, and EMDR Therapist with experience working in community mental health, addiction treatment, and private practice. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel understood and empowered. I have a particular interest in women’s mental health and mood-related difficulties, and I work alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change and healing.
