About Me

Victoria Rodgers is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings of care. Through her practice Victoria has developed a strength-based approach to help individuals in realizing their own value and attributes that have helped them to survive. Reflecting these qualities empowers individuals to honor these skills and add to more healthy alternatives to not only survive, but to thrive. Victoria draws upon her knowledge of family systems to assist clients and their families in gaining self awareness in how behaviors affect themselves and their connection with others. With special focus in treating trauma and other symptoms through techniques including EMDR, trauma focused – CBT, play therapy, and more Victoria is able to weave alternative approaches into client care to meet the specific needs of the individual.
