I offer an environment that is peaceful and free of judgement. I am an exceptional listener with 17 yrs of experience working with individuals and families involved in the Child Welfare and Judicial Systems. I provide individual, family and couples counseling. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults dealing with: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, life stressors, relationship issues, personality disorders, ADHD, trauma, suicidal ideations and addiction. Interventions include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based-Cognitive-Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and EMDR

I received my undergraduate degree from Iowa State University, with a major in Sociology and Criminal Justice. I received my masters degree from Drake University with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling and Mental Health Counseling EMDRIA approved Trained Consultant
