About Me

I am a registered 'Clinical Social Worker', 'Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant in Training' with a wide range of experience working with children, youth, adults and families for more than 20 years. I believe in human resilience, inner strength and inherent dignity and worth. My positive, non-judgmental and compassionate approach is client centered and evidence based. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). In my experience I have supported individuals suffering with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abuse, Occupational Stress, Self-Harm, Grief, Anger, Phobias, communication and relationship issues. I welcome clients of all ages, genders, sexual orientation and backgrounds to support and empower them to make positive changes in their journey.
