About Me

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed therapist who works with clients who identify as female or members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I often work with clients who identify as mothers, caregivers, helpers and healers. I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health and increasing accessibility to marginalized communities.
My approach has been described as welcoming and supportive. All identities are welcome in my practice. I utilize a client centered approach, supporting you as the expert in your own life, and honored to walk part of your journey with you! I am a certified EMDR therapist and am experienced in working with many types of trauma. I also hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification and have many years of experience working with mothers, caregivers, and their children, so I have specific knowledge and understanding about how challenging this stage of life can be. I also use aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as some somatic and mindfulness practices in sessions.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore areas of growth and change together. My approach is holistic, client centered and collaborative. I believe we all have the capacity for change and sometimes we just need a bit of support to get there. Life is full of challenges, but you don't have to do it alone.
