About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in the treatment of life transitions, anxiety and mood disorders, grief and loss and trauma. I believe in a collaborative approach that builds on the existing strengths of my clients. People find me warm and intuitive, and enjoy my playfulness, curiosity, sense of humor and gentleness. My goal of treatment is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment through which we will work collaboratively to address the issues you bring.
