About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in the fields of advocacy, social services, consultation, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision. My areas of focus include trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain and illness, caregiver stress, and aging. I provide individual therapy for adults of all ages. In addition to EMDR and parts work, my treatment approaches include mindfulness, person centered therapy, narrative therapy and CBT. I believe in a collaborative relationship between the therapist and client that focuses on the client as the locus of control in their lives. I am passionate about supporting clients in their journeys, helping them achieve their goals, developing and strengthening empowerment, and achieving post-traumatic growth.
