About Me
I am a trauma informed and inclusive therapist who has been in practice for more than ten years. I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I received my Master's of Social Work from University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am trained in EMDR, CBT as well as other highly effective therapy approaches. My style is warm, collaborative, and highly focused on supporting individuals to meet their goals. I bring my clinical experience, training and own journey to help you process your story, find balance and caring for yourself. As a bicultural and bilingual (English-Spanish) therapist, I am familiar with the complexities of growing and adjusting to a new culture, the challenges of raising multicultural children and going through transitional phases.
