About Me

I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist, I am not just an ordinary therapist. With licensure in both Florida and Georgia, my 14-years in the mental health/psychiatric field have been a journey of passion, learning, and genuine commitment to change. Known for my ability to simplify the complex experiences, I create an atmosphere where clients eagerly anticipate each session. My therapy style is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I blend Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) modalities to meet each client's unique needs. If you are new to therapy, I know this is not an easy choice to make. You are signing up to talk to someone you do not know about unhappy experiences you do not fully understand. I understand!
