About Me

I am welcoming new clients into my practice who want to experience the best version of themselves by confronting the traumas, hardships and expectations in their lives. They are ready to build confidence and self-compassion, engage in self-care, set boundaries, improve their relationships; to understand and accept themselves and put their needs first.

I work with individuals who have endured traumas or struggle to engage in self-expression (including gender and sexual identity), and are ready to create positive changes, to increase their life satisfaction, feel self-empowered, and confidently navigate the world around them. I integrate different therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, psycho-education, Reiki, Yoga and Expressive Arts to help clients heal.

I am dedicated to providing sensitive and supportive care, built in a space of safety, empathy, and trust. I offer in person and telehealth appointments. I look forward to supporting you on your journey of therapeutic work, healing and self-discovery.
