About Me

I am passionate about helping people who want to uncover the hidden version of their best self by confronting the traumas, anxieties, hardships and expectations in their lives. Through in-person and telehealth sessions, I integrate different therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, psycho-education, Reiki, yoga and expressive arts to help clients understand and take care of themselves, and heal from stress and trauma. I am dedicated to providing sensitive and supportive care.

Education & Experience

MSW from the University of New Hampshire, Durham and BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. I spent 13 years working at a Residential Treatment Center in New Hampshire, then two years in a group practice and have been in private practice since 2019, while providing clinical consultation and supervision to clinical interns and licensure candidate clinicians at the RTC. I am EMDR Trained (since 2019), a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher (since 2019), Reiki Level I & II and Animal Reiki certified (since 2021). I am a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (since 2011) through PATH Intl. and I am working toward my National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) certification.
