About Me

I’m a trauma therapist for people like you. People who have experienced hurtful events in life and desire to FINALLY get control over their lives. Over the years, I’ve done a lot my own personal work in therapy to better serve each of my clients. I also believe that healing does not always have to be gloomy and heavy; it can also be fun. Part of healing is reclaiming your right to happiness. Like you, I’m a person that just wants to enjoy the small things even when life is not perfect. Right now, I spend a lot of time making space for activities that make me feel alive. This mindset really helps me be calm and fully present with you during your sessions. I encourage you to make your space cozy for online therapy. It can make it easier to finally let go and talk about the life you have lived so far.

Education & Experience

In 2016, I obtained my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University. I have 7 years of experiences working with children, teens, and adults who experienced or witnessed a trauma event(s).
