About Me
Hi, I’m Yvette Garcia, LCSW, a proud first-generation Mexican American therapist serving clients throughout California. With more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families across a range of settings, I’ve had the honor of working alongside some of Los Angeles County’s most underserved and resilient communities. Today, in my private practice, I specialize in helping Latinx women and mothers across California heal from generational and complex trauma, anxiety, navigate life’s challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
