About Me
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to listen and gently help guide individuals through any turbulent situations that they are currently experiencing or that are unsettled from the past. I believe that challenges offer individuals an opportunity to learn more about themselves, an opportunity to become more authentic, and an opportunity to become more grounded. I believe in treating individuals holistically with the use of EMDR, Strength-Based, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Somatic and Mindful approaches. My methods include Qigong and Yoga. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma, domestic violence, sexual identity issues, and gender identity issues. Iam a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Master Degree in School Counseling, Texas A&M-Central Texas Master Degree in Government-Texas Woman's University Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice-Tarleton State University I have counseling experience in several different settings, such as correctional facilities, domestic violence/sexual assualt advocacy centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, private practice, and educational settings.
