About Me
I utilize EMDR, the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, drawn mandalas and sand tray. All sessions are 90-minutes and I offer intensives.
I provide professional consultation for therapists working with complex trauma cases.

10 years working with the intellectually and physically disabled population, 11 years as an intensive in-home counselor with at-risk youth and their families, outpatient private practice since 2013
TRAINING:
EMDR certified, Level 3 Student of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, highly trained in complex trauma and dissociation, family and couples counseling (Gottman level 1, self-study and trainings on EFT)
SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE:
intensive in-home/mental health skill building counselors and for those working towards LPC licensure
