This course focuses on fostering safety across all 8 phases of EMDR, particularly for clients with complex trauma. Learn to assess readiness, regulate the nervous system, resource strategically, and apply effective stabilization techniques. Through hands-on practice and case vignettes, participants gain valuable tools to help clients access and trust safety in EMDR therapy.
