This module will explore critical decision-making points that emerge during the closure of individual therapeutic sessions, the termination phase of treatment, and the reevaluation of treatment progress. Participants will learn how to effectively assess whether therapeutic goals are being met and how to identify signs of unresolved material that may require further processing. Participants will examine how to determine when it is clinically appropriate to conclude treatment, as well as how to evaluate ongoing gains in symptom reduction, relational capacity, emotional regulation, and adaptive functioning.
